Booking Policies
Deposits & Booking
- A mandatory $25 non-refundable deposit will be charged upon booking and applied to your appointment total. If you cancel or don’t show, the deposit will be forfeited. If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you’ll have the option to reschedule within the same month only.

- You must book through this website. If you have questions or would like guidance on what to bring to your appointment, please feel free to call 313-695-5952 prior to booking.
- If the exact nail style you want isn’t listed, please select the closest service and describe your desired style during your appointment.
Appointment Confirmation & Communication
A confirmation email will be sent immediately after booking and will include access to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to defer your appointment to a new date and time within the same month. Deposit deferment is permitted one time only and must be used within that same month. Failure to provide the required notice, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of your appointment, and 75% of the total cost of booked services will be automatically charged to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.
Reminder emails and text messages will be sent prior to and 24 hours before your appointment. Please be sure to list your correct contact number.
The exact appointment location will be provided via text 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Appointments may be scheduled up to 14 days in advance, which is two weeks, but all appointments must be made at least one week, which is seven days, in advance.
Only one reschedule will be honored using your original deposit.
Payments
- Cash is preferred, but all major debit and credit cards are accepted. There’s a card processing fee, and this policy may change. NO CASH APP. If there’s ever a card or payment method I can’t accept, I’ll let you know ahead of time.
- The remaining balance is due in cash. Please have your total ready, and if needed, feel free to visit an ATM before your appointment. You may also pay with the debit or credit card you used to book. The balance must be settled before any polishing or design begins—right after your hands are prepped. If the balance isn’t paid in cash at that time, I’ll need to process the remaining amount using the card on file.
Repairs, Adjustments & No Refund Policy
Repairs or adjustments must be reported within 24–48 hours (2 days) of your appointment. If an issue is identified within this timeframe, a correction may be scheduled at no additional cost, based on availability. After 48 hours, any repairs or maintenance will be considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.
Please note that all services are final, and refunds are not provided for any reason. If you are dissatisfied, reasonable adjustments may be considered at the time of service or within the 24–48 hour window. Changes in preference, design, shape, or length after your appointment are not considered errors and will require a new booking.
Late Policy
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or adjusted based on remaining availability. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to maintain the schedule, and full service charges will still apply.
Service Interruptions (Power Outage Policy)
In the event of a power outage or unforeseen service interruption, you will have the option to reschedule your appointment at any time with no time frame limitations or receive a full refund. If a service has already begun, any resolution, including rescheduling or partial refund, will be determined based on the portion of the service completed.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- In the event that you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. When rescheduling within this timeframe, your deposit will be deferred to the newly scheduled appointment date and time within the same month only. Deposits may be deferred one time only. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and future appointment booking. No-shows will not be eligible for rebooking without a new deposit. Failure to provide the required 48-hour notice, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of your appointment, and 75% of the total cost of booked services will be charged to the original form of payment used at the time of booking. In extreme circumstances, exceptions may be considered. In such cases, please contact D’LITEFUL NAILZ® at 313-695-5952; a final decision will be rendered.
Guests & Children
- To preserve the V.I.P. ambience of this experience, no extra guests or children are permitted unless they are being serviced. Please plan accordingly prior to your appointment.
